Fate Forks Theory by Maki :
In the space-time continuum exists certain points in our lives where we must choose between two (or more) possible outcomes that will have a direct effect on what we will face in the next few time lines. These 'Forks' or crossroads will accept a single choice and the other choice will forever be lost in the space-time continuum with no possible way of obtaining the "what might have happened" state.
Alternate dimensions previously proposed by other scientists are non-existent. The 'trashed' choice of the fork can only be remembered by human memory and the other possibilities are destroyed.
Choices and memories have a certain form comprising of an energy wavelength. It is calculable and measurable.
In most cases fate forks are mostly present in break-ups, torn families and such.
